BDM 60/80 reversible salvage rewinder
The BDM inspection machine has been designed to recover completed reels with alignment defects. Its main characteristics are:
- Inspectability
- Rewinding by bi-directional system to bring the reel back to its original condition
- Digital inverter
- Asynchronous AC motors
- Bi-directional edge guide
Upon request, BDM can be provided with trim edge cutting system with circular razors or rotary slitter blades, trimming suction system, joining table and print inspection stroboscope.

BDM-L reversible salvage rewinder
The BDM-L inspection machine has been designed to inspect jumbo reels with print, extrusion or inclusion defects.
The BDM-L inspection machine can be equipped with various inspection systems:
- inspection video cameras
- software systems allowing the revision and management of registers produced from video camera systems
- labelling systems for error marking
It can be customized on the base of the customer specific needs.

- rewinding through bidirectional system in order to recover the roll to the original condition
