Duplex slitter rewinders STM60 and STM80 give the possibility to create several slitting and rewinding solutions thanks to their high flexibility and their equipment.
With their modular design can be available in many different configurations and adapted to the customer’s requirements.

- Duplex slitter rewinder suitable for the slitting of plastic films, paper and laminates and all the materials used in the flexible packaging market
- Universal machine suitable for standard jobs and also for narrow web slit and label stock
- Batch roll on shaftless unwind stand placed on rear of machine with lifting from floor level to working position
- Asynchronous a.c. motors with digital inverters
- Version with 2 motors: one for draw unit and one for both rewind stations
- Version with 3 motors: one for draw unit and one for each rewind station
- Automatic and programmable tension controls both in unwinding and rewinding
- Touchscreen operator panel for data setting and visualization, recipe storage and diagnostic

Several systems for the quick unloading of finished rolls by automatic pusher unit and unloading device
Easy and accurate system for manual core positioning on rewind shafts through manual or automatic laser beam pointer
Differential air rewind shafts - with rings up to minimum 20 mm of width - for an accurate and independent tension control for each rolls in rewinding
Batch roll automatic alignment by web guiding systems supplied with sensor for the printed line, edge and image reading. Reading can be realized through several different systems
Splicing table as option possibility of vacuum system for an easy and accurate splicing
Pneumatic or motorized braking systems with automatic control of unwiding tension through dancer roller
- flexibility in the configuration of slitting unit in conformity with the kind of materials to be slit and using the max machine performance (tangential and wrap)
