The TBS is a dedicated solution for narrow web applications: a center-wind, two-shaft slitter rewinder designed for processing plastic films, paper, and laminates, delivering the highest level of precision even on very narrow slit widths
- 10’’ Capacitive Touch-Screen panel: The 10” capacitive touch-screen features dedicated pages for machine setup, production management, guided tutorials, and real-time monitoring. Its intuitive interface is designed to support operators through every stage of the converting process, ensuring ease of use and maximum efficiency
- Automatic Web Guiding System: The automatic web guiding system continuously monitors and corrects the alignment of the unwinding web using edge or line technologies. This ensures precise material tracking and consistently accurate winding quality
- Tension control: Accurate unwind and rewind tension control. Unwind tension is managed in closed loop by a dancer roller and pneumatic braking system
- Trim Removal Suction System: Trim removal suction system for collecting processing waste
- Friction rewind shafts favailable for slit widths down to 20 mm, are designed to ensure precise and independent winding tension control for each individual reel
- Finished Roll Unloading convenient and practical integrated roll unloading system
- Cork-coated rollers for accurate web guiding at high speed
- AC asynchronous motors with digital inverters, available in 2- or 3-motor configurations
- Unwinder with mother roll lifting and gripping with independently operated levers
