TF series
Its innovative single-faced design integrates unwinding and winding on one side, handling rolls up to 1 meter in diameter in unwinding and 600 mm in winding with minimal footprint.

The evolution of automation in the Slitters. The evolution of automation in the BBOX Slitter represents the new generation of Duplex Turret Slitter Rewinders with automatic changeover, evolution of the TCA64E model.

The automatic web guiding system monitors and corrects the alignment of the unwinding film through various edge, line or image reading technologies, ensuring perfect winding.
Our differential air rewind shafts are equipped with rings up to minimum 20 mm widht and designed to ensure an accurate and independent tension control for each reel in rewinding. This feature allows to handle optimally even different materials or reels with various tension requirements, ensuring compact and uniform rolls.
The configuration of the slitting unit can change according to the type of material to be processed. Several types of slitting modes are available, including:
- Razor blades: ideal for precise cuts on thin films and delicate materials.
